God is in the transformation business and we are to be co-laborers with him. Romans 12:2 "Be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind" and the Holy Spirit gives us the experience of His Presence and the appropriation of His power, to reach others with His Love and take the Anointed Word and see the renewing of the mind.

It takes "Reaching up and Reaching Out" to be co-laborers with God.

When man is helpless and hopeless, as ministers we can be used by the Holy Spirit to step in, REACH OUT and pick our brothers and sisters up, which is the greatest miracle there is. God is concerned who is in Heaven.
